Description

Manage complex data transitions within PeopleSoft environments for large-scale migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute ETL processes and data mapping for large-scale migrations.
• Integrate data from legacy systems into PeopleSoft modules.
• Configure system settings and perform end-to-end testing.
• Develop and deliver technical training and documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data migration and systems integration.
• Extensive experience implementing PeopleSoft ERP, HCM, and Time & Labor modules.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and data mapping.
• Proven track record in government or regulated environments.
• Strong background in system configuration and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage full-cycle migration projects.
