Description

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications and integrations within an Oracle environment. Own the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug computer programs and systems.
• Prepare program specifications and draw flow diagrams to illustrate processes.
• Conduct design review meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and mathematical calculations.
• Modify existing programs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
• 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL with an Oracle database.
• 3+ years of experience writing SQR programs and PeopleCode.
• 3+ years of experience performing in-depth data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
• 1+ year of experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher.
• Knowledge of Base Benefits and core HR functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft integration using web services between PeopleSoft and third-party applications.
