Description

You will design, develop, and debug PeopleSoft applications to support core business functions, focusing on Benefits and Pension Administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document program specifications, including flow diagrams for new or existing processes.
• Develop and modify PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, and SQR.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and interpret technical information related to data processing.
• Conduct design review meetings and document all meeting minutes.
• Integrate web services between PeopleSoft and third-party applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQR programs and PeopleCode.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL with an Oracle database.
• 5+ years of experience performing in-depth data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
• 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher.
• Degree in data processing, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Base Benefits and core HR functionality.
