Description

You will lead development and data analysis efforts within PeopleSoft environments, focusing on Benefits and Pension Administration modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft modules for Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• Write and optimize PeopleCode, SQR programs, and Application Engine code.
• Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL on Oracle databases.
• Manage reporting requirements using PeopleSoft XML Publisher.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle database management.
• Strong experience writing SQR programs.
• Advanced PeopleCode development skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
• Minimum one year of experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
