Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the PeopleSoft HCM ecosystem, handling everything from tool upgrades to complex interface development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and customize PeopleSoft Tools upgrades and HCM modules.
• Code and debug PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Workflow while analyzing data and system impact.
• Develop complex interfaces connecting to legacy and third-party systems.
• Customize COBOL stored procedures and create data conversion scripts.
• Document technical designs and processes derived from functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across HCM modules.
• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM applications (v9.2 PUM 39+ with fluid technology).
• Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Package, Application Engine, Workflow, Integration Broker, and SQR.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PS/Query for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience customizing COBOL stored procedures.
• Knowledge of STAT Tool, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis, recreation, and documentation of system impact.
