Description

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM solutions across the full lifecycle, from technical analysis to production support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements and perform mapping exercises for file-based interfaces.
• Implement solutions using advanced PeopleCode and PeopleTools concepts.
• Execute unit, system, and integration testing to resolve complex issues.
• Provide production support, including running payroll jobs and triaging infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional role.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, Application Designer, PeopleTools, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with PS Query and BI Publisher Reports.
• Hands-on knowledge of Benefits Administration, Core HR, Workforce Administration, and Recruitment.
• Basic debugging knowledge for App Engine and SQR.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Project Management or Scrum Master methodologies.
