Description

You will manage and maintain PeopleSoft applications and integrated systems in Pennsylvania, USA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade PeopleSoft Financials, HR, and Payroll modules.
• Customize PeopleSoft processes including Recruiting, Position Management, and Time Tracking.
• Manage Financials applications such as eProcurement, Accounts Payable, Billing, and General Ledger.
• Execute the full SDLC from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, and implementation.
• Perform system maintenance and debugging across client, server, and web architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft systems.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Internet Architecture.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Workflow and Security.
• Hands-on work with DB2 and SQL Server relational databases.
• Technical knowledge of XML Publisher and XML.
• Experience with Visual Basic and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of nVision.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Familiarity with hardware and network architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRMS processes including tax and W2 reporting.
• Experience with Asset Management and Budget modules.
