Description

You will manage PeopleSoft HCM functions and data analysis tasks within a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex data issues, risks, and technical problems.
• Review project deliverables to ensure completeness, quality, and compliance with established standards.
• Execute data manipulation and research tasks following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain strict data privacy, compliance, and controllership standards when handling confidential material.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with PS Query.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and research.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and evaluation.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
