Description

You will manage the development, configuration, and maintenance of PeopleSoft-based internal and public applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to enhance PeopleSoft applications and align business processes with technical solutions.
• Perform system testing, create test scenarios, and document results to ensure application stability.
• Engage stakeholders to define product roadmaps and facilitate AS-IS vs TO-BE capability sessions.
• Document functional specifications and use cases to support technical implementation efforts.
• Manage ERP application security, system upgrades, and business readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ERP or Treasury application development, including requirements analysis and system design.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft configuration, customization, and functional implementation.
• 8+ years of experience in functional documentation, process analysis, and systems evaluation.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL querying using tools such as Toad.
• 4+ years of experience in security configuration for enterprise applications.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile practices, including backlog creation using Epics, stories, and tasks.
• 2+ years of experience leading value stream mapping workshops to identify business capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong ability to communicate complex system concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
