Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex PeopleSoft solutions within an agile team, owning the full SDLC from design to maintenance. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize PeopleSoft modules using Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
• Implement integrations using Component Interfaces and Integration Broker.
• Configure Fluid UI elements including navigation, tiles, dashboards, and Activity Guides.
• Generate reports and data visualizations using SQR and BI Publisher.
• Manage security, workflows, and system updates via PUM, Change Assistant, and Data Mover.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft system development and tools expertise.
• Deep proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interfaces.
• Experience with SQR and BI Publisher for reporting.
• Knowledge of Fluid UI development and role-based security.
• Familiarity with Absence Management, Time & Labour, Benefits, or Payroll modules.
• Understanding of SDLC phases in multi-platform environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
