Description

You will manage the implementation, customization, and upgrade of PeopleSoft HRMMS 9.2 applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute PeopleSoft HRMMS 9.2 upgrades, implementations, and customizations.
• Implement Tax Updates and support Payroll batch jobs using TIDAL Scheduler.
• Develop technical solutions using SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Fluid Development, and COBOL.
• Write complex SQL and PS Queries to meet reporting requirements.
• Maintain UNIX scripts for encryption and file transfers.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMMS 9.2 development and implementation.
• Proficiency in SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Fluid Development.
• Experience with COBOL and UNIX scripting.
• Strong SQL skills for complex reporting and data manipulation.
• Experience managing Tax Update implementations.
• Deep understanding of Payroll processes, including Processing, Tax, and GL functional areas.
• Experience with TIDAL Scheduler or similar batch scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Modules.
• Experience or understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Development.
