Description

Provide functional leadership and guidance for PeopleSoft ELM project initiatives, owning the full lifecycle from design to testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation for PeopleSoft ELM customizations.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, requirements elicitation, and business process workflow documentation.
• Perform data modeling, system analysis, and functional design analysis.
• Execute functional, integration, design, and regression testing.
• Manage certifications and training sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft ELM.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58.
• Proficiency in PS Query, BI Reports, and nVision.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and testing.
• Experience with functional and integration testing, design testing, and regression testing.
• Ability to use MS Project, MS Visio, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field.
