Description

Lead PeopleSoft FSCM implementations and upgrades as the functional architect and lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, Fit/Gap analysis, and design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Architect PeopleSoft Finance implementations, focusing on General Ledger integration with core modules.
• Configure business rules for General Ledger enhancements and new feature implementations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including business user training and training manual creation.
• Execute change management activities and support multi-country rollouts and reconciliations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of extensive hands-on experience in PeopleSoft functional processes.
• Mandatory experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 implementations or upgrades.
• Deep functional expertise in General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proven track record of completing at least 4 or 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with multi-currency processing and multi-country rollouts.
• Ability to handle multi-country reporting and reconciliations.
• Strong ability to interact with technical, functional, and business staff at all levels.
