Description

You provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM modules, owning incident resolution, month-end closures, and technical customizations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents within a support engagement model.
• Execute month-end activities and manage period closure processes.
• Perform technical customizations including records, fields, pages, and workflow.
• Manage module-specific functional requirements across the FSCM suite.
• Support client-facing communications and technical requirements gathering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Finance and latest tool releases.
• Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, eProcurement, Project Costing, Purchasing, and Expenses.
• Technical proficiency in PeopleCode, AppEngine, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with SQL, SQR, XML Publisher, and Reports.
• Competency in Integration, Security, Portal Technology, Workflow, Fluid Pages, and AWE.
• Hands-on experience with Elastic Search and AWEL.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in support engagement environments.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
