Lead the architecture and technical implementation of PeopleSoft Financial systems in Columbus, OH.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for PeopleSoft Financial modules.
• Manage technical implementations and deployments within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.
• Ensure strict alignment between financial business processes and system capabilities.
• Define technical standards and best practices for financial system development.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financial applications.
• Proven background in architect-level system design and solutioning.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and integration points.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
