Description

You will act as the functional lead for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation and upgrade projects, owning requirements, documentation, and testing.

You will identify business requirements and produce formal functional documentation for stakeholders. Lead formal work sessions and present functional analysis results. Execute end-to-end system integration and external interface testing. Manage issue tracking and documentation within Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementations or upgrades.
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• 8+ years of experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.
• 8+ years of experience performing end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Teams and Channels for large-scale team communication.
• Experience with Jira for issue tracking and Agile workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector organizations (federal, state, or local government).
• Experience with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and STAT for change management.
