Description

You will manage PeopleSoft Financial operations, vendor relationships, and production issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with ERP Managed Services Providers (MSP) to ensure SLAs and performance metrics are met.
• Lead identification, triage, troubleshooting, and reporting of production issues within the ERP FIN application.
• Develop and review business requirements documents for enhancements to ensure clear specifications for MSP developers.
• Validate MSP vendor estimates and perform code reviews of delivered enhancements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, infrastructure, security, and business owners to ensure efficient application operation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP Operations Management.
• 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.x products.
• Functional expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Billing, General Ledger, and Budget Development.
• Functional expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Travel & Expense, Commitment Control, Procurement, and Self Service.
• 3+ years of experience with MS Office 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Visio, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for navigating large, complex organizations.
• Experience in application management or outsourcing in a leadership capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Public Sector experience.
• Experience working with or within a Tier-One System Integrator firm providing PeopleSoft/Oracle professional services.
• Ability to interface and resolve issues across all levels of an organization.
