Description

You will support the CAPPS Financials upgrade project team as a Business Analyst, owning requirements analysis, documentation, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and conduct review meetings with subject matter experts.
• Document complex system requirements, business processes, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• Support multiple test cycles and develop training documentation.
• Estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively within a remote team.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Accounting modules.
• 8 years of experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for stakeholders and SMEs.
• 8 years of experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8 years of experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 2 years of experience using MS Teams and Channels for large-scale team communication.
• Solid understanding of fund accounting in government.
• Ability to serve as a backup for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Asset Management modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government) or CPA CAPPS Financials.
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts, or Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Scrum framework, or STAT.
