Description

You will serve as a functional expert for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and lead review meetings with subject matter experts to document complex system processes.
• Create formal functional documents, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• Support multiple test cycles and serve as backup for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Supplier Contracts modules.
• Estimate work, set deadlines, and manage communications within a Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Asset Management.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Proven track record of performing at least 4 end-to-end system integration and external interface testing cycles.
• Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government) or CPA CAPPS Financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams.
• Experience using SharePoint, Jira, and STAT.
• Ability to work within the Scrum framework.
