Description

Act as a Business Analyst focused on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and create formal functional documentation for stakeholders and SMEs.
• Conduct formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• Collaborate with large teams using MS Teams and Channels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and FSCM projects.
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• Background working within public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience using Jira, SharePoint, and STAT.
• Experience working within the Scrum framework.
