Description

You will lead functional analysis and testing for the CAPPS Financials upgrade project. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and conduct review meetings with subject matter experts to document complex system processes.
• Create formal functional documents, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing across multiple cycles.
• Estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate project progress within a remote team environment.
• Serve as backup support for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Asset Management modules as needed.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Accounting modules.
• 8 years of experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documentation for stakeholders and SMEs.
• 8 years of experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8 years of experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 2 years of experience using MS Teams and Channels for large-scale team communication.
• Solid understanding of fund accounting in a government context.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector organizations, CPA CAPPS Financials, or PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Contracts.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), SharePoint, Jira, or the Scrum framework.
• Experience using STAT.
