Description

You will drive PeopleSoft Financials implementation and upgrade projects by defining business requirements, creating functional documentation, and leading integration testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and create formal functional documentation for stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Conduct work sessions and functional analysis presentations to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing for PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
• Collaborate with large teams using Microsoft Teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
• Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to translate functional analysis into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), SharePoint, Jira, and the Scrum framework.
• Experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials or STAT.
