Description

You will optimize financial transaction workflows and reporting within the PeopleSoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate queries and design reports to improve financial transaction processing.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks in A/P, purchasing approval timelines, and contract processes.
• Develop reports for management oversight of work in process and activity tracking.
• Analyze employee work volumes and invoice processing timelines to identify deviations.
• Create reporting tools to communicate contract request status and invoice progress to program areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials.
• Experience with financial analysis and workflow optimization.
• Ability to produce technical software documentation.
• Strong systems analysis capabilities.
• Experience tracking A/P, purchasing, and contract lifecycles.

• Any graduate degree.
