Analyze and optimize financial transaction workflows within PeopleSoft, focusing on A/P, purchasing, and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate queries and design reports to improve financial transaction processing efficiency.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks in A/P, purchasing approval timelines, and contract processes.
• Develop management oversight reports for work in progress and activity tracking.
• Monitor invoice processing timelines and contract request status to improve program area communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional or system analysis.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft systems.
• Experience in report design and query generation.
• Strong analytical skills for workflow identification.
• Ability to produce software documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
