Description

You will modernize and optimize the PeopleSoft user interface, focusing on usability and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize and enhance PeopleSoft pages using PeopleTools and Fluid UI.
• Develop responsive front-end components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot UI issues and optimize interface performance.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate user needs into practical UI improvements.
• Ensure clean, accessible, and easy-to-navigate interfaces across existing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft front-end development.
• Hands-on expertise with PeopleTools and Fluid UI.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience maintaining and improving existing PeopleSoft systems.
• Ability to collaborate with functional teams to define UI requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector or local government clients.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM or Financials modules.
