Description

You will provide expert application support and enhancement for the PeopleSoft FSCM platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 across AP, AR, GL, SCM, Billing, and Contracts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and technical defects.
• Design, develop, and document customizations using Peopletools, overseeing technical solution testing.
• Collaborate with business users to define requirements and address system-related issues.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years experience in Support, Maintenance, and Enhancement of PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2.
• Strong business process knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
• Expertise in Peopletools, specifically Application Engine, Peoplecode, Component Interface, and SQR.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues with business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating offshore and onsite development handoffs.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication abilities.
