Description

Develop, test, and support PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 enhancements for Accounts Receivable and Billing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support customizations within PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Perform ETL procedures to migrate data from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.
• Design and build interface programs using Integration Broker with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Analyze business requirements to produce technical design specifications and documentation.
• Configure and customize Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and tune SQL/PeopleSoft processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, including Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• 8+ years of proficiency with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Cobol).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• 8+ years of expertise in SQL/PLSQL within Oracle database environments.
• 8+ years of experience with Linux OS scripting and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 4+ years of proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools, including Visio and MS Teams.
• Strong background in technical design documentation and requirement analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector organizations or the State of Texas CAPPS Financials system.
• Familiarity with STAT for PeopleSoft change management and JIRA for agile task tracking.
• Exposure to Scrum framework, agile practices, and SharePoint.
