Looking for a long-term, stable contract in the public sector space? We are actively sourcing for a senior-level PeopleSoft Financials Techno-Functional Expert for an exciting, high-visibility project.
📋 The Details:
Role: PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid – Oklahoma City, OK 📍
Duration: 12-Month Contract (with strong potential for extensions)
Environment: PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 | PUM 53
🔍 What You’ll Do:
This is a true 50/50 techno-functional role supporting state-level configuration workflows and system integrations:
Functional: Provide production and implementation support with a heavy focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Travel & Expense (T&E), Grants, and Project Costing.
Technical: Translate business requirements into technical specs, write/debug PeopleCode, develop App Engines, maintain SQRs, and build custom reports via BI Publisher.
Collaboration: Work alongside Business Analysts, System Integrators, and Oracle Support to safeguard statewide configuration standards.
⚡ Must-Have Requirements:
Public Sector Experience: Prior experience with state/local government or large university systems is a non-negotiable requirement.
Deep expertise in Commitment Control (KK) and state/public accounting workflows.
Hands-on proficiency with the core technical stack: PeopleCode, SQR, App Engine, Component Interfaces (CI), and SQL Developer.
Excellent communication skills to interface easily between technical teams and non-technical agency users.
