Description

Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft FSCM assessments, operational transformations, and solution architecture for multi-instance production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end assessments for PeopleSoft FSCM customers in multi-instance production setups.
• Develop detailed roadmaps for process standardization, optimization, and operational transformation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, providing guidance on configuration, customization, and integration.
• Manage consulting engagements including upgrades, cloud migrations, and retrofitting projects.
• Lead teams and resolve complex customer escalations through direct stakeholder collaboration.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience or solution architecture expertise.
• Deep functional knowledge of FSCM modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Project Costing, Contracts, eProcurement, Purchasing, and Asset Management.
• Proficiency in Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, App Packages, Component Interface (CI), and BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with SQR, NVision, and other FSCM reporting tools.
• Technical expertise in SQL and managing integrations with third-party applications.
• Proven ability to prepare functional designs, technical designs, test scripts, and configuration documents.
• Experience in client-facing roles managing managed services and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and business stakeholder management.
