Description

Provide functional analysis and technical consultation to support program financial information needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and test reports and queries to meet financial information requirements.
• Perform impact assessments for financial services and project changes regarding reporting and financial management.
• Develop and review workflows, forms, design documents, and functional documentation.
• Document test scripts, conduct testing, resolve discrepancies, and ensure results meet requirements.
• Research PeopleSoft documentation to identify fixes and new reporting functionality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in requirements development, system design, and testing.
• Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design.
• Experience with SDLC processes.
• Ability to maintain and update training and functional documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft data warehouse or PeopleSoft Business Warehouse.
• Full lifecycle SDLC experience including physical and logical design, resource planning, and implementation.
• Experience with Florida state government accounting and reporting.
