Description

You will manage the administration, maintenance, and support of PeopleSoft application infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, administer, secure, and maintain PeopleSoft infrastructure across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Research and resolve issues related to application middleware, databases, and recommend configuration changes to OS, WebLogic, PeopleSoft, or Tuxedo.
• Document and update standards for PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, and operational protocols.
• Maintain system performance through monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.
• Participate in Business Continuity exercises, including application failover testing for Disaster Recovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or consulting.
• Expertise with PeopleSoft administration and operations.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic.
• Experience administering infrastructure components like web servers, database servers, and application servers.
• Ability to apply PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application upgrades and patches.
• Experience monitoring and tuning application performance.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environments.
