Description

You will serve as the functional liaison between IS and business units, managing PeopleSoft Financials configurations and monthly processing for equalization, consolidation, revaluation, and multi-book translation. You will support General Ledger processes including journal entries, uploads, allocations, and standard JEs. Your role involves developing nVision reports, PS Queries, and report books while eliciting requirements to translate them into system design documentation. You will provide first and second-level functional support to meet SLAs and troubleshoot GL processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain configurations and perform monthly processing for equalization, consolidation, and multi-book translation.
• Support General Ledger business processes including journal entries, uploads, and allocations.
• Develop and maintain nVision reports, PS Queries, and report books.
• Elicit business requirements and translate them into system design documentation for enhancements.
• Provide functional support to meet application SLAs and troubleshoot GL processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in functional support roles.
• Strong accounting background with deep expertise in General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Advanced nVision reporting skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting multiple modules within PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's Degree.
