Description

Own PeopleSoft FSCM functional support, enhancements, and business process optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive PeopleSoft Support and Enhancement projects for General Ledger, Travel and Expenses, Account Payable, and Asset Management.
• Analyze accounting concepts and entries within FSCM modules to identify pain points and recommend best practices.
• Coordinate with business teams, process owners, and application owners to gather functional inputs and manage stakeholders.
• Develop and perform unit test scripts, and manage production defect remediation alongside L1 support.
• Facilitate sessions between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment with IT governance and project timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Technical and Functional roles.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, T&E, AP, Asset Management).
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial data flows.
• Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience using PS Query.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with People Tools, AWE, Excel to CI, People Code, and Integration Broker.
• Basic understanding of AWS and UNIX environments.
