Description

Perform functional integration testing across PeopleSoft HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules for implementations and PUM upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual test plans and scripts for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle for PeopleSoft implementations and PUM upgrades.
• Track defects and manage test cases using ALM or Quality Center.
• Verify data integrity by running back-end database queries for setup and validation.
• Validate complex garnishments including Federal Debt, NY State Tax Levy, and Child Support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with full-lifecycle PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, or Benefits implementations.
• Extensive testing experience with PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x, specifically 9.2.
• Deep knowledge of NA Payroll (Garnishments) and Global Payroll/Absence Management.
• Proficiency with PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, App Designer, and Toad.
• Ability to run database queries on DB2 and Oracle platforms.
• Working knowledge of Integration Broker (app messaging).
• Understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM Database model.
• Experience with manual functional testing and defect tracking in ALM/QC.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical/business discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing automated HP Quick Test Pro (QTP) scripts using Keyword Driven Framework.
• Experience with large-scale implementations in government or civil service environments.
