Description

Manage and configure the PeopleSoft HCM 9.x Pensions module as the operational focal point for retirement income strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure pension plans within PeopleSoft and review calculations against previous pay cycles.
• Manage cross-functional resources from concept to execution for new propositions.
• Partner with senior management to assess opportunities, shape product strategy, and establish best practices.
• Apply expertise in retirement income strategies and market trends to drive functional improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pensions.
• At least 5 years of direct experience with PeopleSoft Pensions.
• Deep understanding of Personnel Administration, Base Benefits, and NA Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of retirement income processes and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Legal, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
