Description

You will provide strategic advisory services to optimize PeopleSoft HCM and ELM system functionality and business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current HCM and ELM systems, operational processes, and governance policies.
• Perform current state and gap analysis against industry standards and best practices.
• Develop recommendations for business process improvements and new process implementations.
• Create a strategic roadmap to optimize enterprise-level HR and eLearning functions.
• Conduct demonstrations of industry standards and new functionality for HR teams.

Required Skills

• Extensive functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM and ELM applications and modules.
• Deep expertise in HR and eLearning solutions across the industry.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, ELM 9.2, and PeopleTools.
• Experience working with governmental processes and controls.
• Ability to map business processes to technical system capabilities.
• Experience performing gap analysis and strategic roadmap development.
