Description

You will provide strategic advisory services to optimize Human Resource and eLearning functions within a PeopleSoft ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current PeopleSoft HCM and ELM systems, operational processes, and governance structures.
• Perform gap analysis comparing current state processes against industry standards and best practices.
• Develop a roadmap for change and business process improvements to optimize enterprise-level functions.
• Conduct demonstrations of new functionality and industry standards for Human Resources teams.
• Deliver current state analysis and formal recommendations for system and process optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM and ELM functional roles.
• Extensive functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM and ELM applications and modules.
• Deep knowledge of HR and eLearning solutions across the industry.
• Experience working with governmental processes and controls.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical or procedural optimizations.
• Any Graduate degree.
