Description

Optimize HR and eLearning functions within the PeopleSoft ERP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze PeopleSoft HCM and ELM systems, operational processes, and governance controls.
• Perform gap analysis comparing current state against industry standards and best practices.
• Develop recommendation roadmaps for business process improvements and functionality changes.
• Conduct demonstrations of new functionality for Human Resources teams.
• Deliver current state analysis and implementation roadmaps to optimize enterprise-level functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM and ELM applications and modules.
• Extensive experience with HR and eLearning industry solutions.
• Proven experience working with governmental processes and controls.
• Deep understanding of ERP, HCM, Cloud, and Oracle environments.
• Experience analyzing business processes, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ability to translate technical functionality into actionable business process improvements.
