Description

You will drive requirements gathering and testing for PeopleSoft HCM projects as a functional expert.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and lead review meetings with subject matter experts to document complex system processes.
• Create formal functional documentation, test scenarios, and test scripts for key business stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing across multiple cycles.
• Estimate work, set deadlines, and facilitate functional analysis presentations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
• 8+ years of experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documentation.
• 8+ years of experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8+ years of experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and interface testing.
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
• Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM, Jira, SharePoint, and AWE.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector organizations or Texas state agency/CAPPS systems.
• Experience with CPA CAPPS Financials.
