Description

You will drive system automation and process improvement for the CAPPS HCM upgrade project.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and operational problems to drive automation and system enhancements.
• Conduct review meetings with subject matter experts to document complex system requirements and training needs.
• Develop detailed functional documents, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing across multiple cycles.
• Estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate requirements to key business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
• 8 years of experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for stakeholders and SMEs.
• 8 years of experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8 years of experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Scrum framework.
