Description

You will configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Benefits modules, delivering custom solutions and resolving complex functional issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Develop and customize solutions using App Designer and Component Interfaces.
• Implement and manage customizations involving App Engines and BI Publisher.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll and benefits issues.
• Manage Core HR, MSS, and ESS modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM (PS HCM).
• Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with App Designer, SQL, BI Publisher, App Engines, and CI.
• Experience with Core HR, MSS, and ESS modules.
• Familiarity with advanced technical skills like AWE (Approval Workflow Engines) and App Packages.
• Proficiency in integration practices, preferably using Integration Broker.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Online customizations.
