Description

You will serve as a senior developer focusing on PeopleSoft HCM modules within a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for resolving production issues with Business Support and Client Services teams.
• Develop technical solutions, rules, and customizations based on provided functional specifications.
• Present technical solution designs to project managers and team members.
• Write bulk validation SQL scripts to verify implemented technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 versions.
• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 Base Benefits, Benefit Administration, and eBenefits.
• Proficiency with PeopleTools, Fluid Pages, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with Application Engine, SQR, and XML Publisher.
• Strong command of SQL and latest Oracle database versions.
• Ability to translate functional specifications into technical implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large government or private sector IT organizations.
