Description

You will serve as a functional and technical consultant for PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations and support for North America Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits modules.
• Manage system integrations and utilize Application Workbench (AWE).
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and offshore teams in India through daily handshakes.
• Drive problem-solving and analytical tasks in a customer-facing capacity.
• Support Core HR and Self Service modules as required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1.
• Deep functional expertise in NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Technical proficiency in PeopleSoft development.
• Proven experience with integrations and Application Workbench (AWE).
• Experience working on global projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1.
