Description

You will provide functional expertise for PeopleSoft HCM processes and data management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, clarify, and resolve functional issues and risks, escalating when necessary.
• Review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established standards.
• Analyze data to evaluate diverse problems and select appropriate solution methods.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining data privacy and discretion.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of functional experience in HCM, specifically with PeopleSoft.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in PS Query.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and research.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and controllership.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in North American Benefits Administration or Payroll.
