Description

You will act as a senior developer supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules within a large-scale IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom programs, reports, and technical solutions for Payroll and Time and Labor to improve departmental efficiency.
• Build technical rules and customizations based on provided functional specifications.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for resolving production issues with Business Support and Client Services teams.
• Create bulk validation SQL scripts and complex queries for implemented solutions.
• Present technical solutions and project updates to managers and team members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the IT profession.
• 5 to 7 years of direct experience with PeopleSoft Payroll.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2, specifically NA Payroll, Time and Labor, and FLSA reporting.
• Proficiency with PeopleTools, Fluid Pages, Integration Broker, Application Engine, SQR, and XML Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with latest Oracle database versions.
• Experience developing external interfaces and handling W2, State, and Federal requirements.
• Knowledge of complex Time and Labor rule development.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
• Bachelor's Degree.
