Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop, enhance, debug, deploy, and maintain complex PeopleSoft HCM applications.
✅ Work extensively with Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
✅ Design and develop solutions aligned with PeopleSoft and industry best practices.
✅ Collaborate with development teams, SMEs, university/business teams, and technical stakeholders.
✅ Analyze complex application requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
✅ Develop and maintain Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and integration solutions.
✅ Perform complex data analysis, troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
✅ Provide advanced production support, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, data correction, and customer support.
✅ Identify recurring production issues and implement permanent technical solutions.
✅ Prepare technical design specifications, test plans, system documentation, and implementation documentation.
✅ Support data integration, data services, system conversions, and implementation activities.
✅ Apply and enforce PeopleSoft programming and application security practices.
🔹 Required Skills
✔️ 8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x experience
✔️ Experience with 2+ large-scale PeopleSoft implementations supporting large user populations and multiple locations.
✔️ Advanced PeopleSoft development tools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, and PL/SQL
✔️ Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data model
✔️ Experience with BI Publisher and Oracle databases
✔️ Experience with Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition Management, and ePerformance
