Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex solutions for PeopleSoft HCM 9.x, focusing on Payroll for North America, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM applications using Application Engine, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Implement Fluid technology features, including tiles, related content, event mapping, and page field configurator.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex system defects and recurring issues through data analysis and logic formulation.
• Author technical design specifications, test plans, and system documentation following industry best practices.
• Participate in production support rotations and provide on-call support to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.x development.
• Proven experience on at least 2 large-scale system implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model.
• Strong Application Engine and SQL/PL/SQL coding skills.
• Experience with BI Publisher and Oracle databases.
• Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
• Experience with data integration and data services specification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fluid UI technologies (Tiles, Event Mapping, Page Field Configurator).
• Ability to elicit requirements from non-technical personnel and communicate technical concepts clearly.
