Description

You will support and maintain the Human Capital Management system, partnering with HR to deliver technical solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test HCM application features based on functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain modules for Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, ePerformance, and Talent Acquisition.
• Manage database design in Oracle and formulate advanced SQL queries.
• Develop and maintain database ETL processes and reports.
• Analyze and resolve production system problems to ensure efficient operation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with HCM and PeopleSoft.
• Advanced PeopleCode experience.
• Strong SQL skills on Oracle databases.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft development tools including Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, and Query.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with COBOL, Application Packages, and Component Interface.
• Practical experience adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images.
• Ability to reduce customizations using Event Mapping and Drop Zones.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and code versioning tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns and HCM frameworks.
