Description

You will lead end-to-end implementations and upgrades for PeopleSoft HRM S V9.0 or above. You will manage functional requirements and configure key modules to support organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft HRM S V9.0+ implementations and upgrades.
• Manage functional requirements for the PeopleSoft HRM S NA Payroll module.
• Configure and maintain ePerformance, global payroll, or absence management.
• Coordinate technical security and workflow configurations.
• Collaborate with technical and functional staff throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6+ years as a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant.
• 8-10 years of extensive IT experience.
• 3-4 end-to-end implementations using Version 9.0 or above.
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.0.
• Specialized experience in PeopleSoft HRM S NA Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with technical security and workflow management.
• Expertise in Payroll, HRIS, and security modules.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and development methodologies.
• Ability to perform user-centered analysis and evaluation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global payroll or absence management modules.
• Experience with ePerformance.
