Description

You will act as the functional lead for PeopleSoft HCM implementations and support operations in San Carlos, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, support, and development for PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules.
• Manage functional requirements and technical troubleshooting for core HCM processes.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across global projects in a customer-facing capacity.
• Collaborate with offshore teams in India through daily handovers to ensure continuity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2.
• Deep functional expertise in NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Integrations and AWE.
• Functional knowledge of Core HR and Self Service modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in San Carlos, CA.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft application upgrades from 9.1 to 9.2.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1.
